DELIVERY TIME

As a rule, the delivery time is 5 working days within Switzerland.

The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.

In addition to the prices stated, we charge a flat rate of CHF 9 per order for delivery within Switzerland, a flat rate of 7 € per order within Germany and a flat rate of 13 € per order within Europe, and a flat rate of 18 € for delivery to all other countries. The shipping costs are clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

The flat-rate shipping costs include statutory VAT. As the VAT on the flat-rate shipping costs is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates. This means that the flat-rate shipping fee can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot be higher, but only lower in your favor.
